Plumbing Repair:

A Quick List:

Pin hole pipe leaks, leaky drains, outside faucets, old leaky shut offs, toilet and faucet repair or replacements, garbage disposals, dishwasher replacement, water heater replacement or upgrades, bath tub replacement, drain clogs and more!

PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve):

An important device everyone should have installed on their main water line as it enters the home. Regulating the incoming water pressure from the street is very important! Water pressure from the street to your home can spike from 60 psi to 95 psi or remain constant. If you do not regulate the water pressure the higher operating pressure (more than 60 psi)will slowly wear down the parts in your faucets and commodes causing them to fail before they should and over time can cause you to have unexpected plumbing repair bills. Most all faucets operate at 60 psi or less per manufacture. Anything higher than 60 psi can cause faucets to drip, commodes to run and copper pipes to drip at the fittings and pin hole leaks can appear.
An old PRV (15 years or more) can cause these same problems because it is not as efficient anymore. We can install new or replace the old one for you and check and set the pressure to where it should be in most all cases 55 psi at the same time we replace the main water line shut off valve to the house, plus install a back up shut off valve above the PRV for future servicing.

Plumbing Water & Sewer Lines:

Water lines:

High water bills can be a symptom of a main water line leak from your house to the street. We can check your water line to rule it out or confirm if you have a problem.
Old water lines consist of two primary products: Polyethylene (black or blue grey plastic): The older poly is subject to pin hole leaks in the ground, driving up your water bill. It will typically last 25 years before complete failure.

Copper:

Subject to pin hole leaks depending on water quality and how it was installed. Excessive rocks rubbing on the pipe can cause holes to appear and spring leaks and can last anywhere from 25 to 50 years.
We will typically install a new water line if we are replacing your sewer line, depending on where the line is located in the ground. We offer the most reasonable prices in the business. Let us give you an Estimate today!

Sewer lines:

If your sewer line is 25 years old or more and your having main line blockages with periodic drain snaking to clear it, then chances are your drain line is compromised. Chances are the culprit is roots growing into the pipe. The pipe is made of one of two types of material, either cast iron or orangeburg. The in ground life expectancy of these pipes have been reached at this point and replacement is the next step. Today's sewer lines are made of PVC and last a lifetime!

Let us give your houses most important utilities an upgrade!

Plumbing Remodel:

Even if it is just upgrading your current fixtures like the pictures of the commode and lavatory sink show, we can help you. From kitchen, bathroom, additions to adding a bathroom or bar sink to your new basement, we can plumb it for you!

Plumbing Remodel:

Types we replace and install:

Electric, Conventional Gas, Power Vent, and Rinnai (Endless Hot Water Heaters).

Conventional water heaters life expectancy of today's heaters is 9 to 14 years. Heaters from the early 90's were a few years more, but manufacturers weren't selling as many heaters so the life expectancy of them was reduced and of course chemicals in the water has allot to do with that and if they are installed with dielectric unions on top where the water lines attach to the vessel which in most all cases are not!
When copper and steel touch it starts a process called electrolysis which over time causes the tank to slowly become weak and can fail years before it should.
Our water heaters are installed per state code and manufacturers specs with dielectric unions to stop this process and in some cases thermal expansion tanks are installed if needed, new shut off valves if needed and we check the venting.
